How We Work
NG Global Partners operates as a boutique strategic advisory firm
with a global reach, selectively supporting high-quality projects.
We work closely with developers to align vision and objectives and
provide strategic advisory support by leveraging our network of
established relationships to facilitate introductions to appropriate
capital and financing counterparties.
Throughout the process, all parties retain full responsibility for
their own decisions, risks, and legal considerations. NG Global
Partners acts solely in a strategic advisory capacity.

Our People
Hernán Novoa – Founder & Managing Partner. He has
over 20 years of experience in strategic advisory, capital
markets, and financial services across leading global
institutions.
Prior to founding NG Global Partners, he spent seven years at
JPMorgan as Senior Vice President for Latin America, overseeing
regional and global initiatives across multiple business lines.
Previously, he led Capital Markets initiatives in Argentina during
his six-year tenure at BNP Paribas. Earlier in his career, he was
a Senior Consultant at PwC, managing advisory engagements across
Europe and North America, and held roles at Citi and Banco
Hipotecario in Argentina.
He holds a Postgraduate Degree in Finance from the Pontifical
Catholic University of Argentina (UCA) and is a Certified Public
Accountant from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA).
